When Levi Stewart with Total Roofing Solutions and Construction came out he was amazing from start to finish. He was the kindest, most helpful person. He showed up when he said he would and when he knew he would be late he let us know well in advance. He worked diligently with us to get the new roof covered by the insurance company and even though they denied the claim like insurance companies seem to always do, it was not Levi's fault by any means. We truly felt like he cared about our problems and did everything he could to help. When the guys came out to do the roof they worked from sun up to sun down and when they left my yard looked like it did when they came. "After interviewing several roofers, I spoke with Cayden who took the time to educate me on what needs to be done to properly repair my roof and the insurance claim process. Cayden kept the insurance company on their toes and maintained constant communication with me for SEVERAL months as he tried to get my out-of-pocket costs minimized as much as possible. When I had to reach out to the insurance company, the insurance agent notified me that there were over 20 contacts from Cayden and the delays (responses that took over a week for a reply) in communication were from the insurance company (surprising, huh?) The crew that replaced my roof did a superb job and worked very efficiently with respect to my property and kept my yard very, very clean in the process. I couldn't be happier with my decision and while I could have saved a few hundred with another company, their interests were not my interests. Of four companies I called and had a roof inspection with (all were in the top of google reviews also), three had wanted me to wait until catastrophic damage occurred to make a larger insurance claim. Cayden adamantly disagreed upon his inspection, showed and educated me as to why he disagreed, and that is what won my business. Awesome company to do business with."

The crew came out and worked very hard at removing all the old shingles, repair any rot to the roof and prep for the new shingles. Their crew worked diligently to clean up any debris from the tear out and installation. Levi was very meticulous in making sure everything was done in a professional manner. I initially contacted a roofing company I had done business with earlier on with a request for a price on making some repairs needed from the last storm we had in Aynor. The company never returned my call, so I decided to go with Total Roofing without getting additional quotes. I have never been any more pleased with this company. Levi shared contacts for other projects I may need in the future for remodel etc. I am proud to give them 5 stars. "The day I was to close on the sale of my home I was told the roof had hail damage and needed to be replaced. I called Frank at Total Roofing Solutions Construction and he responded immediately. He met with the insurance adjuster, came to an agreement as to what needed to be done, and within three days had the required materials on site. Within the next five days he had several crews on site doing various repairs, not just replacement of the roof but also in other areas of the house. When they finished they left the area as clean as before, I have yet to find any nails or debris anywhere in the yard. The work was professionally done, probably better than original. Frank is extremely knowlegeable, highly professional, honest, and delivers what he says he will in a timely manner. I recommend his company to anyone who has the need."

"My interaction with TRSC and their Project Manager Chad ******* has been nothing but positive. My neighborhood sustained a lot of damage in May 2015. Because of that, I was inundated by people wanting to work on my house. I had thoroughly researched 2 and discovered they were not telling the truth plus both of them were making promises that were not legal. Chad was honest and thorough. I had neighbors I could check for references. He met my insurance adjuster and walked (and climbed) the property with him, finding many problems I hadn't noticed before. All the work was completed as promised by competent friendly workers. Chad was always available in person, via email, and by phone. He went well beyond what I expected. He even provided advice about other house maintenance issues I had. If I ever need construction work again, he is the first person I'll call."

"Frank at Total Roofing Solutions has be wonderful to work with. In 2010 we had Total Roofing Solutions replace twelve roofs on various rental houses after the 2010 hails storm. Then on May 29th 2012 we had another large hail storm. Since they did such a wonderful job in 2010, we called Frank and he came back out inspected all twelve and told us that eight will probably need replacing again. Our Insurance company agreed and we had all eight replaced by Total Roofing Solutions. They are honest and dependable."
